7. Warranties and Guarantees
7.1 Workmanship Warranty
- 2-year warranty on renovation work
- 1-year warranty on interior finishing services

11. Cancellation and Termination

- Refunds are provided for amounts paid less applicable cancellation fees
11.2 Company Termination
- We may terminate contracts for non-payment or breach of terms
- Reasonable notice will be provided except in cases of material breach
- Payment is due for all work completed to date of termination
12. Intellectual Property
- All website content, designs, and materials are protected by intellectual property laws
- Custom designs created for clients become client property upon full payment
- We reserve the right to photograph completed work for marketing purposes
